Localização.
Carpete muito antigo, pessoas com problemas respiratórios terão dificuldades para dormir no local. Wi-Fi não funciona. Área da piscina próxima ao café completamente abandonada. Aparelhos de ar condicionado muito antigos e barulhentos. Parece um hotel abandonado.

Nada a elogiar.
Pedimos uma cama de casal e nos enviaram a um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Ligamos para reclamar e a mulher que nos atendeu falou de forma debochada que não poderiam trocar nosso quarto. A equipe como um todo é muito pouco profissional. Reservamos o hotel com a intenção de usar o estacionamento que estaria disponível segundo a página do booking, mas quando chegamos não havia estacionamento e tivemos que estacionar na rua. Tudo isso por um valor super inflacionado de R$ 450,00 por diária, provavelmente por conta da oktoberfest. Experiência péssima, não volto nunca mais.

Estadia na Oktoberfest 2018
O hotel fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo à Rua XV, onde acontece o desfile da Oktoberfest; também é possível ir a pé até a Vila Germânica, uma caminhada de uns 30 minutos (considerando o caos que é procurar lugar para estacionar, ir a pé não é uma má ideia). Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e solícitos, sem reclamações quanto ao atendimento. Vale para situações como esta (Oktober, em que todos os hotéis estão lotados), é um lugar confortável e limpo para passar a noite.
O hotel parece uma viagem no tempo, entrando direto nos anos 80/90. Tudo muito antigo, televisão de tubo nos quartos, ar-condicionado de caixa, barulhento, sem regulagem, carpete velho, sujo, encardido... O hotel tem cara de ter sido luxuoso anos atrás, mas parou no tempo. Sinal de wi-fi muito fraco. Não tem secador de cabelo no quarto. O café da manhã é muito básico, com poucas opções. Achei a diária muito cara para o que o hotel oferece. Claramente se beneficia do período de Oktoberfest para praticar preços abusivos, totalmente incompatível ao que o hotel oferece.
